Effective July 22, 2026. These terms set expectations for the invite-only Everlore beta.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee or immediately grant access. During private beta, Everlore access requires a valid invite. Access may be limited, paused, or revoked while the product is being tested.
A private invitation is intended only for the Google email named by Everlore and may expire or be revoked before claim. Do not forward or publish an invitation token.
Do not use Everlore for transcripts or content you do not have permission to upload.
Subscriptions are not offered as a beta entry path while invite-only testing is active.
Invited beta accounts include 15 managed recaps and 240 audio transcription minutes per calendar month.
AI-generated recaps and wiki drafts can be wrong. Review important facts before using them at your table or sharing them with players.
You are responsible for the campaign content you upload and for reviewing generated outputs.
You retain your rights in campaign material you upload. You grant Everlore permission to process and store that material only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the beta service.
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, personal data you are not authorized to process, or recordings made without the consent required in your location.
Features, prices, limits, and infrastructure may change during beta. The hosted campaign workspace, worlds, wiki, review flow, and eligible audio transcription features may be changed or temporarily unavailable while testing is active.
Beta service is provided as available and may contain defects. Keep an export of campaign material you cannot afford to lose.
You may stop using the beta at any time and delete campaigns from the workspace. Everlore may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or material violation of these terms.
You may request permanent account deletion from the account menu. Access pauses when the request is submitted, and a beta operator completes and verifies the purge. Export anything you need before requesting deletion.
