Managed minutes are metered per track of audio, so a four-hour session recorded as one mixed file draws about four hours, while the same night recorded as four player tracks draws about sixteen. If you record multitrack, run often, or want to work through a backlog, Companion transcribes locally on your own PC without touching the allowance.
